You should also increase the speed and pressure of the injection every time the plastic shot freezes before filling the mold. Check the surface of the mold at all times. The surface should be flat and clean it if you discover any debris on the surface and in the injectors. Make sure that there are no deformities or foreign objects on the mold. Verify whether the molds are aligned and matched to prevent the occurrence of flashing. Whenever the mold opens due to the pressure, reduce the peak cavity pressure and the fill rate. In cases when the materials do not form properly, increase the heat of the material and the mold. The injection speed should also be raised as well. Give the material sufficient time to cool. Decreasing the temperature of the mold and the material and increasing the cooling time can help you get the finished product that you want.
Always give your machine the proper maintenance to ensure the smooth process of injection molding. You should know your machine well and it would also help if you have some basic information with regards to troubleshooting to save time and money.

I moved to the United States from Australia to raise my baby girl here, so that she might have a bit of a better life than we did back home. Being a single mom in America is tough, but it’s even harder in Australia. My boyfriend has recently moved in with us, which allows me to spend time at home looking after the baby and do some work online. I love everything to do with my little girl, she’s become my whole world, but we do need to put food on the table!
I was browsing around online one morning while the baby napped, and I found a great organization called Fully Researched which offered classes to help people develop writing and online publishing skills using a blog platform called WordPress (the same platform we used to build this site!). The classes were exactly what I needed, and they were right nearby – they even didn’t mind that I brought the baby along! They taught me so much, and I’m very grateful to them for showing me how I could be self-sufficient using just my mind and a computer!
